PhotoStand is a free script powered by PHP/MySQL which is especially made for photobloggers under the GNU GPL license. Now, you're probably thinking that this is another photoblogging application, but that's not true. This is a script made for photobloggers by photobloggers. PhotoStand is different and has plenty of good qualities, see them on the presentation page. The holidays have started for most of us and the PhotoStand team would like to wish you happy holidays and we would like to wish you the best for the upcoming year.

Also, we would like to inform you that we are currently working on a new version of the website. Thanks to this version, we will be able to easily offer templates and plugins to the visitors. The forum will probably be remade as well and will be joined with the rest of the website. To follow!

After 6 months of work, the 1.2.0 version of Photostand, codenamed Mila, is finally available! This version is now working on Windows servers. Among the new arrivals, there's a completely new administration interface, the possibility to import from folderblog and pixelpost, a template editor, a users manager(multi-users) and more. Also, the customized tags from previous versions have now become PHP functions, so that there are more possibilities of personalization of your templates. Moreover, the 1.2.0 version possesses a more thorough management of the plugins (previously add-ons). In short, a lot of changes in this version which, we hope, will please everybody.

This is just a quick update to tell you that we have corrected some bugs that were found in the 1.1. of PhotoStand. The new version, PhotoStand 1.1.1, should now work without a problem, but if you find any errors or other bugs, don't hesitate to tell us. To upgrade to this new version, you only have to replace all the old files by the new ones. Good day and keep on photobloggin'! :)

We got some huge news for you guys today! PhotoStand 1.1, codenamed Lottie after a special request by a friend, is born. We're sorry that we didn't deliver it during the holidays like we said, but some personal problems occured and the future of PhotoStand was unsure. However, we're happy to say that PhotoStand is here to stay and it is now better then ever. We hope you'll enjoy the new version as much as us and thanks for all your support!

It's been quite some time since we've been working on the new version of PhotoStand. You're probably wondering why it's going to be the 1.1.0 version and not 1.0.2. Well, it's really simple. We decided to call it 1.1.0 because the script is completely recoded and there are some changes in the administration section to help you guys. All of this is about halfway done and we're doing our best to finish it for the holidays. So, our gift to you for the holidays is a new version of PhotoStand(we hope!). Also, we might even have a surprise for you for the New Year. Happy holiday season to everybody!

After a couple of weeks, the 1.0.1 version of PhotoStand is ready! Most of the known problems have been corrected, such as the problems with the exifs, the importation, the PhotoStand tags, the viewing of thumbnails and also some xHTML compatibility problems. In short, we hope that you will have fun discovering the new version and we hope that it will be as popular as the first version which has been downloaded over 850 times!
